CITIZEN RECALL & INITIATIVES
The SPNC supports the citizen's direct involvement in the electoral and government process. As such, we support the right for citizens to recall elected officials as well as the right to have citizen initiativesplaced on the North Carolina ballot and binding upon North Carolina government.
